Millercare Service Centre provides a comprehensive, affordable, breakdown and maintenance support network throughout the North of England. We have a dedicated team of professional Technicians, who specialise in providing the specific assistance needed for your mobility equipment.  With 365 days a year assistance, our manufacturer-trained team of mobile Service Technicians are always on hand to ensure that once you've purchased your chosen product or service from Millercare, you will never need to look elsewhere again.  We also have a modern, fully equipped workshop with highly skilled Technicians, should your mobility product require further assessment or repair. 

We are proud to work in partnership with many NHS Trusts, Councils, Nursing and Care Homes providing Service, LOLER (Lifting Operations and Lifting Equipment Regulations) and maintenance contracts on Wheelchairs, Profiling Beds, Hoists and Plinths, as well as other patient handling equipment.

We provide fully comprehensive service and repairs for the following equipment:

We have a fully equipped workshop with state of the art diagnostic equipment and offer a wide range of mobility equipment care and repair services.  We are based in Nelson, Lancashire less than a mile from junction 12 of the M65.

 Whether you own a Millercare product or a product purchased elsewhere, we can offer you a full range of mobility equipment maintenance services. Our friendly, knowledgeable Customer Services Team work closely with our fully trained Technicians and are here to provide you with the best customer experience.

 

Service and Planned Maintenance

Breakdowns & Call-Outs

If your mobility equipment breaks down we can arrange for one of our Technicians to repair your product either at home, or in our workshop. Our Service Centre Team will work efficiently to minimise the disruption caused by unfortunate or unforeseen problems with your mobility equipment. Even if you have not bought your mobility equipment from Millercare we can still attend to your breakdown.  Our call out charges start from only £45.00

Follow Up Repairs

After our Technicians visit, should any repairs be required we can provide you with a full written quotation for parts and labour (subject to parts availability).  We will never carry out any repairs without prior authorisation.

Puncture Repair

We provide a mobile puncture repair service which also includes a replacement inner tube. We also supply a wide range of tyres and inner tubes to suit your mobility equipment.

Battery Replacement or Charging Problems?

We can supply and fit batteries to your mobility equipment. Battery sizes range from 2 Ah to 80 Ah to suit most applications. We also supply a wide range of replacement battery chargers all with a 12 month guarantee.

Millercare have been awarded the Stannah Certificate of Excellence. This is a scheme that certifies that our technicians install, repair, maintain and service stairlifts to the exacting standards required by Stannah. Our technicians are regularly assessed by Stannah to ensure that we maintain their high standards of customer service.
