Millercare Service Centre provides comprehensive, affordable breakdown and service support throughout the North West of England. We have a dedicated team of engineers who specialise in providing technical assistance for mobility equipment.
Breakdowns & Call-Outs
If your mobility equipment breaks down we can arrange for one of our engineers to repair your product either at home, or in our workshop. Our Service Centre team will work efficiently to minimise the disruption caused by unfortunate problems with your mobility equipment. Even if you have not bought your mobility equipment from your local Millercare branch we will still attend to your breakdown. For our call out charges please click on this link.

Follow Up Repairs
After your engineer visit, should any repairs be required we will provide a full quotation for parts and labour subject to parts availability from the manufacturer at the time of order.
We provide an on-site puncture repair service which includes a replacement inner tube for the low cost of £50. We can supply a wide range of tyres and inner tubes to suit your mobility equipment.
Call us for a quote to supply and fit batteries to your mobility equipment. Battery sizes range from 2 Ah to 80 Ah. We also supply a wide range of replacement chargers.
We can offer discounted rates if you would like more than one item servicing at the same time, please call for a bespoke quote.
Stannah Certificate of Excellence
We have been awarded the Stannah Certificate of Excellence. This is a scheme that certifies that our engineers install, repair, maintain and service stairlifts to the exacting standards required by Stannah. Our engineers are regularly assessed by Stannah to ensure that we maintain their high standards of customer service.

We provide a 12 Month Platinum Service Package which includes the following:
- Out of hours call-out 8:30am–10:00pm 365 days per year
- 36 Point service inspection
- Labour and time on site
- Unlimited call-outs
- Includes springs and fuses
- Priority breakdown response
- Excludes batteries
