I needed a new chair after my riser recliner broke. Operatives came to check it out and a new motor was ordered and paid for. It arrived but couldn't be fitted as the frame was also broken. I went to the shop, found a replacement and bought it. It was delivered and set up a few days later and is very comfy. I was refunded the money spent on the new motor within days of the chair being set up. The people who brought the new chair took the broken one away at a small cost. Every person I met at Millercare was really helpful and more than professional. I think they are a great team to deal with and will have no reservations about going back if I have to.
