As part of the Millercare family and our Service Centre team you will be dealing directly with our growing customer base. The role will involve answering and dealing with telephone calls and email enquiries from customers and booking in services and callouts and creating job sheets. The role also requires the ability to communicate at all levels, and have a passion to succeed. The right attitude speaks louder still. A real desire to achieve great things, multi-tasking and fast thinking, strong motivational skills.
As the face of Millercare, you will be dealing directly with our growing customer base. The role of Customer Care Consultant is highly varied and no two days are the same; from assisting and advising customers to find the most suitable products for their needs in-store, updating pricing and promotions, managing stock, to delivering products to the customers home, you will be involved in every aspect of making the Millercare customer experience a memorable one. We want you to sell with personality and pride so you’ll be confident and engaging, excellent at communicating and be passionate about our products. We can teach you the rest.
Due to our continued success and growth we are looking to recruit a field service engineer to work across the Lancashire region. The job will involve repairing and servicing a broad range of mobility equipment such as scooters, power chairs, hoists and wheelchairs.
You will on the road visiting our customers so excellent interpersonal skills are required.
