This Dignity by Wade Scoop Plate has a 9" (23cm) diameter and an extended rim that makes it easier to scoop food onto utensils while at the same time averting the danger of spillages. Easy to grip and control during use, it is made from strengthened ceramic for increased durability and is part of a range of crockery that has been developed especially for use by Alzheimer's and dementia sufferers. Its vivid colour makes the crockery and the food on it easier to identify for the user, which promotes independent eating. The Scoop Plate is also dishwasher and microwave safe.
