If you need to return an item, please complete the form below with your name, order number, and reason for return.

Once submitted, you can either arrange your own courier or request a Millercare collection for £15.00, which will be deducted from your refund.

Please note:

• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  
• Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt.
  
• Certain hygiene and bespoke items cannot be returned unless faulty.
  
• Damaged or faulty goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
