What We Do for Our Customers

Although we offer an excellent service for our customers both in store and online, we offer so much more than mobility products. Not many of our customers know that we offer hire services, servicing centres for faulty products, or that we host events to bring you help and information on certain issues and disabilities in the community. Below we’ve outlined exactly what we do for our customers, and how you can get the most out of us.

Hire Services

We understand that buying the products you need can be a big expense. This is why we hire out many of our items to bring you what you need for exactly how long you need it for. We’re currently the leading specialist in the North West to offer these services and can bring you a range of products such as hospital beds, manual wheelchairs, power wheelchairs and hoists. With our range of services, there is a minimum rental period, a refundable deposit, and a fee for delivery and collection or return. One of our most popular hire services includes stair lifts. From £80 a month, stair lift hire is a great way to get around the house when you need to without the hefty price tag.

Service Centre

In the North West, we offer a service centre which can provide you with affordable breakdown and service support for your mobility equipment. Whether you need to visit the centre, or you require a call out, our team is available to support you when you need us the most. The centre is open from 8.30am until 5 pm on weekdays, and from 10 am until 4 pm on Saturday. Unfortunately the centre is closed on Sundays, however, we will aim to help you as soon as possible on Monday morning. For more information on the Service Centre, visit our Service Centre page.

Millercare Store Teams

As well as our online store, we have 16 stores in and around the North West of England, meaning you can try out products before you consider buying or renting from us. Upcoming Events

Throughout the year, we offer events for our valued customers in order to help them with mobility and other issues they might be facing at the moment. Our next event will be held at the Oldham Library, and we’ll be there to help you know more about power wheelchairs, scooter hire and leasing options from us.
