Kanga® Pouch and Pad Pants for Women work in a different way to Kylie® Absorbent Pants. They have an encapsulated marsupial pouch sewn into the lining. This allows the wearer to place a disposable or reusable pad into the pouch. The advantage of this system is that it can offer greater absorbency than the Kylie® Pants, and the user can change the pad throughout the day as frequently as required. This saves the user time and allows them to stay dry and comfortable without undressing to change the pants.
With Kanga® Lady Pouch Pants you can great a far greater degree of incontinence protection. You can use a washable or disposable absorbent pad that can be changed as many times as is necessary, but more importantly this greater capacity comes at no detriment to the discretion of the product.
Even though you can use a very absorbent pad in the pouch pants, the profile is not significantly altered, so you can discreetly wear the pants as normal under any of your usual clothes, and the incontinence pants won’t be visible underneath.
