VAT Information
As the majority of our customers are exempt from paying VAT on selected products, all prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. These products are designed specifically for the relief of chronic illness or disability and as such, may be purchased by those eligible, at a price that does not include VAT. Please note that this applies to some but not all products and in order to claim VAT relief you must state your disability or registered charity number at the checkout.
 
Am I VAT Exempt?
You qualify for VAT relief if you are chronically sick or disabled and are purchasing an item(s) for personal and domestic use which are relevant to your disability, if you are a registered charity and the item(s) are made available to a disabled person for their personal and domestic use, or finally, if you are buying on behalf of someone who is chronically sick or disabled and the product(s) is for their personal and domestic use.
